Zachary did some PT on an exercise trampoline and walked a block or so to his friends house to spend the night. Intense pain began at around 10:00 pm. His friends' mom called us and brought Z home, we gave Zachary half of one of his prescription pills (Diazepam) after putting the TENS unit on, the ice pack on his back and upper legs and we also rubbed his leg with Anti-flamme cream.

When we asked Zachary what his pain level was between 1 and 10, with 10 being excruciating, he said it was at a 10. We wanted to see if half of one of the Diazepam pills would help alleviate the pain, we waited half an hour before giving him the second half which was around 11:00 p.m. He was still experiencing pain but not intense.
